Dr. Arno Gildemeister, Global Head of Legal Risk, TÜV Rheinland AG
As Global Head of Legal Risk at TÜV Rheinland Group, Arno is Team leader for legal risk management, including dispute resolution, claims handling under liability insurance, foreign trade law, various projects related to operational and reputational risks, crisis communication and related crisis topics. He has more than 20 years of experience in the field of international dispute resolution, both domestically and abroad. Strong preference for and extensive experience in alternative dispute resolution, including as a conciliator and certified mediator.
He worked at major international law firms in Paris and Düsseldorf, with a focus on arbitration law and public international economic law. Since 2014, he has been at at TÜV Rheinland AG, responsible for legal disputes across a wide range of jurisdictions, including mass tort litigation, product liability, and plant engineering.
Dominik Becker, Chief Compliance Officer, LIXIL EMENA, Grohe
Since May 2018, Dr. Dominik Becker has been leading the compliance organization of Grohe AG as Leader Compliance & Trade Compliance, LIXIL EMENA. Here he is responsible for Compliance & Trade Compliance for the EMENA sales organization as well as the six plants of Grohe AG in Europe and Thailand.
Previously, Dr. Dominik Becker was responsible for antitrust law and trade compliance at GEA Group in Düsseldorf. Later, he also took over the supervision of compliance activities here. Dr. Becker looks back on extensive experience as a lawyer in antitrust law, European law and EU state aid law, which he gained in international law firms such as Clifford Chance and BDO Legal as well as in global companies such as Metro AG.

Dr. Nikolaj Laschko is Compliance Director at Schaeffler Technologies. In his current role he is leading subregional unit within Compliance Team Europe in diverse core compliance areas such as business integrity, whistleblowing program, anti-trust and AML. Before joining Schaeffler Technologies in 2020 Mr. Laschko worked at major consulting, retail and FMCG companies in diverse in-house roles leading anti-fraud and anti-corruption program within HQs audit and compliance units since 2006.

Lilly is currently serving as the Country Head of Integrity for Italy and the Global Integrity Processes, Content and Training Officer for Hitachi Energy. This follows previous integrity roles she has performed at Hitachi Energy. She previously had various roles at the American University of Armenia.
Phillip K. Schulz, Global Risk Manager, TÜV Rheinland AG
Phillip is a Global Expert Legal, responsible for Legal Risk Management & Trade Compliance. He was born and raised in the United States; studied political science followed by law school in the U.S. He relocated to Germany and earned an LL.M. in Helsinki. He initially worked at the law firm Redeker Sellner Dahs in Bonn (commercial and corporate law), then spent nearly 20 years in various companies within the Talanx Group (Talanx AG, Hannover Re, and most recently HDI Global). At HDI Global, served as Head of Principles, Products & Legal, particularly responsible for foreign trade law, crisis management (notably Brexit, COVID-19, reform of the Insurance Tax Act, and the war in Ukraine), litigation management (North & Latin America), and insurance tax law. He then joined TÜV Rheinland, focusing in particular on legal risk management and foreign trade law topics.
