Catherine Delhaye, Chief Ethics, Compliance & Data Protection Officer, Valeo

Catherine Delhaye is the Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer of Valeo that she joined in March 2012. She also runs the Gender Diversity Global program since 2016. She was appointed Valeo Global Data Protection Officer in 2018. Catherine Delhaye started her career as a bar member, with French IT Law Firm Alain Bensoussan. She then joined Accenture for 16 years where she held different positions such as France Benelux Legal Director, Europe, Middle East, Africa and Latin America Deputy General Counsel in 2007 and finally Regulatory Ethics and Compliance, Global Director.

Johanna Ijäs, VP, Head of Compliance & Risk Management, Metso Corporation

Johanna Ijäs is the VP, Head of Compliance & Risk at Metso Corporation, where she leads the development and implementation of compliance and risk management strategies across Metso’s global operations. During her 10+ years in the industry, she has gained hands-on experience navigating complex projects and regulatory environments, while balancing risks and opportunities for sustainable growth. Johanna’s international experience, including her time heading legal and contract management in the Asia Pacific region, enhances her global perspective.

As Group Compliance Officer at Hexagon, she leads the strategic development and implementation of the company’s global compliance and governance framework, covering anti-bribery, trade compliance, third-party risk, and regulatory monitoring. Known for her pragmatic and business-oriented approach, Sandrine brings deep expertise in managing complex compliance risks across diverse jurisdictions, and works closely with senior leadership and external stakeholders to ensure integrity and resilience are embedded in business operations.

Cor Graaf, Director Ethics and Compliance, Pentair

Cor has more than fifteen years experience in managing and conducting global fraud investigations related to allegations of accounting irregularities, asset misappropriation, bribery & corruption (including FCPA violations), conflicts of interest, cyber fraud, embezzlement, violations of anti-trust and trade regulations. He has experience in providing trainings on fraud awareness, how to conduct investigations and anti-corruption, Anti-fraud initiatives and programs, Fraud risk assessments, Mergers & Acquisitions and managing internal audit teams in EMEA. He’s a Certified Fraud Examiner and member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners since 2003

Marie-Laure Pedamon, Compliance Director – Business Group Compliance Lead, Nokia

Marie-laure Pédamon is a Senior Compliance Lead at Nokia. She advises on ethics and compliance matters, including anti-corruption, data privacy, whistleblowing, compliance program and the environment. She oversees the compliance program and runs project compliance for key projects including business unit. Marie-laure previously was compliance lead for Nokia Operations and started her career with Nortel in Strategic Marketing, Projects Management and international trade&sanctions. Her prior experience includes working at Nortel, Alcatel-lucent and Nokia. Marie-laure holds a Diploma in International Relations from ILERI (Institut d’Etudes des Relations Internationales) in Paris and a Master in Management of Technology from Grenoble Ecole de Management, France. She has completed several International professional certifications in Compliance and Project Management among those from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law - Advanced Compliance Academy.

Stefan Koehler, Director Legal, Anschuetz

Stefan Köhler, Director Legal at Anschütz GmbH for more than ten years, previously held similar positions in telecommunications, L-3 Communications and Raytheon.

With a Law Degree from the University of Kiel, he's been an Attorney at Law and Corporate Counsel for over 20 years. His expertise lies in contract and commercial law, sanctions law, and business partner compliance, focusing on global contracts and negotiations.

Stefan is active in several professional associations, including the Schleswig-Holstein Bar Association and the German Federal Association of Inhouse Legal Counsels. He chairs the Legal Working Group of the Chambers of Commerce in the German State of Schleswig-Holstein. He has spoken at various international events, including Thought Leader Global’s 24th Corporate Fraud and Corruption Forum held in Amsterdam in 2023.

Stefan is married, has no children and speaks German and English fluently.

Paul McKane, Deputy Head of Ethics & Compliance, Deliveroo

Deputy Head of Ethics & Compliance at Deliveroo, Paul has 15+ years experience in Ethics & Compliance across the tech industry. He has worked in Ethics/Compliance roles at listed tech giants such as Google, Salesforce and Akamai, and also with the Tesco Group as dunnhumby’s Director of Ethics & Compliance. His focus has been overhauling ethics/compliance programs, redesigning ethics/compliance/antitrust learning and development programs, policy drafting, stakeholder management, process reengineering, public sector and third party risk.
