Daniel Haußmann, VP Strategy Execution and Post Merger Integraton, MANN + HUMMEL GmbH

Daniel Haußmann is the Vice President of Strategy Execution and Post Merger Integration at MANN+HUMMEL, a global leader in the field of filtration. During his career Daniel has worked in in variety of functions such as project management, operations, innovation management as well as corporate ventures and M&A.  Having managed and led people and cross-functional teams for more than 15 years, Daniel is an experienced leader, with a focus on driving (strategy) execution, change and transformation and empowering teams and organizations to achieve their goals.

Riccardo Picca, Executive Director, Strategy & Global Business Transformation, Sandvik

Riccardo Picca is currently the Executive Director, Strategy & Global Business Transformation at Sandvik. He is also responsible for the Operations Lean and Digital Program, the Green Factory Program (Sustainability in Operations) and the Procurement Excellence Program for all manufacturing sites worldwide.

Riccardo Picca is multilingual senior executive with more than 20 year of experience in driving growth, building capabilities, and leading high performing teams across global markets. He combines a track record in general management, operations, strategy and business development roles with a blended professional experience in leading corporations through transformations and as well in delivering distinctive impact for clients in strategic consulting top tier firms. He has a proven ability to set and deliver on organic and acquisitive growth strategies, and experience leading complex transformational and turnaround programs.

Tom Nijenhuis, CEO, equensWorldline

Tom Nijenhuis is CEO of equensWorldline NV, a subsidiary within Wordlline Group with a particular focus on providing regulated payment processing services to clients in the Dutch market and other countries. Tom has been working within Worldline Group and its predecessors since 2003. In previous positions he was responsible for strategy, mergers and acquisitions, corporate development, legal and communications. The various positions he held enabled him to gain a lot of knowledge and experience in the European payments industry.

Paula Dias, Former Board Member and CEO, GLN Advanced Solutions S.A.

Paula Dias' career is marked by a variety of challenges that she has embraced since. In 2009 she was appointed Chief Operations Officer (COO) of Diehl's operations in Portugal (at the time the company assumed the name of Elastomer Solutions) and, in 2012, she became CEO of the Elastomer Solutions group with locations in Germany, Portugal and Slovakia. In these new functions, he designs the company's strategic plan and implements the group's expansion outside Europe with the installation of operations in Morocco and Mexico, creation of a competence center in Portugal and consolidation of the focus of production on the core business of rubber injection and development of a thermoplastic and bi-material injection segment. In her subsequent role of Sector Head Automotive at Mutares AG (the PE that owned Elastomer Solutions) and later as an Independent Advisor she’s supported several M&A automotive projects in different countries. Most recently she has become Board Member and CEO of GLN Advanced Solutions S.A. a technical plastics solutions provider for the automotive industry

Jacob Buchardt, VP Corporate PMO, EG A/S

Jacob Buchardt was appointed VP for Corporate PMO in January 2017. Jacob is responsible for cross-organisational transformation and post merger integration projects. Prior to this, for a ten year period Jacob was a management consultant with among others Implement Consulting Group and before that worked for IKEA for 12 years in management positions, e.g. in Holland and Germany. Jacob holds an MA (Law) from the University of Copenhagen and a higher diploma in Business Controlling & Process Management from Copenhagen Business School from 2001 and studied innovation management with INSEAD in France

Daniel Bolz, Former CEO Germany, Global University Systems

Daniel has a diverse background in leadership, corporate development and investment banking. He was until recently CEO, Germany at Global University Systems. Global University Systems (GUS) is a global higher education platform, with leading positions in 12 countries across 3 continents. He was previously Group Director of Corporate Development at SIG and served as its managing director in the Middle East. Prior to this, he has several senior roles in investment banking in Germany and China.

Daniel Sechi, Deputy CEO, Santander Consumer Technology Services

Daniel Sechi is Deputy CEO of Santander Consumer Technology Services. Prior to this he was Director of Technology Strategy & Portfolio Management Daniel , and previously was leading Santander’s Digital Transformation unit for Digital Sales.

He’s a senior executive with +20 years of working experience at Banco Santander in multiple IT- and non-IT functions and is currently member of Santander Germany Senior Leadership team, overarching responsible for IT Strategy and Transformation

During his career, he has been driving Digital and Technology transformations as well as Post Merger Integration projects. His current focus is on IT transformation and the strategic evolution of legacy systems towards new cloud-based capabilities and new customer-centric technology stacks.

In parallel to his tenure in the Banking Industry, Daniel is holding teaching positions as tutor and assistant professor on Digital Transformation, Project- and Change Management as well as on Leadership and Communication.
