Bo Darling Larsen, Head of Office, Large Companies, Danish Competent Authority
Bo recently became Knight of the Order of the Dannebrog. Bo is the Head of the Danish Competent Authority since 2016, leading MAP and BAPA cases. He has nearly 40 years in corporate taxation, including more than 25 years focused on transfer pricing. Bo built and led Denmark’s first dedicated transfer pricing audit teams. He was the founder and long-time lead of the Danish TP case-finding network combining audit and data analytics. He has served as Project leader of large national TP initiatives, including a 60-FTE cross-functional project. Bo is the former head mediator in Denmark’s alternative dispute resolution pilot and former head of Denmark’s valuation team and still a key contributor on complex valuation cases.
Sami Koskinen, Director, Stakeholder Relations, Finnish Tax Administration
Sami Koskinen has worked in taxation for close to 25 years. He has served the Finnish Tax Administration in differing expert, managerial and director positions. In addition, Sami Koskinen has also worked in the private sectore as a tax manager as well as for the Finnish Ministry of Foreign Affairs as a fiscal attché at the Finnish Permanent Representation to the European Union. His work has mainly focused on domestic and international corporate taxation and in particular, transfer pricing. In his current position as a director for stakeholder relations Sami Koskinen is responsible for leading the work in advancing the key strategic goals of the Finnish Tax Administration vis-à-vis differing stakeholders. The strategic goals currently focus largely on digitalisation of taxation. He has also served as a delegate to the OECD Working Party 6 and has been engaged to capacity building work in Namibia and in Georgia

Jorge Dorantes, Head of Operational Transfer Pricing, Henkel
Jorge Ramirez Dorantes is a transfer pricing (TP) practitioner with over a decade of experience in international TP advisory and in-house tax roles. His professional career path includes several jurisdictions, namely Mexico, the U.S., and Germany.Jorge leads Henkel’s Operational Transfer Pricing (OTP) team, and his main focus is the implementation of TP strategies across all business segments and regions. He also ensures alignment in global TP controversies and contributes to the successful integration of Henkel’s acquisition projects. Prior to joining Henkel, Jorge was a tax associate at a global law firm and a TP manager in a Big Four accounting firm. He is also an active member of the AWV e.V. Working Group for Economic Administration (OTP Chapter), funded by Germany’s Ministry of Economic Affairs and Energy.Jorge obtained his degree in Accounting and Finance from ITAM and completed his MBA at Peking University in China.

Rishi Gainda, Global Manager for Tax Transformation & Technology, Unilever
Rishi started his career with the Big 4 as Indirect Tax consultant. In 2005, he joined Unilever in the Netherlands as Indirect Tax Manager for Europe. From 2008 until 2011, Rishi was relocated to Singapore to build the Indirect Tax and Customs function for Unilever in Asia. As from 2011, he headed the Global Indirect Tax and Customs team based out of the Netherlands. Currently, Rishi is currently driving Unilever's Global Tax Transformation and Technology agenda across all Tax areas and is part of Unilever's Tax Leadership Team.

Aaron Meneghin, Head of Group Tax, Valentino
Aaron Meneghin has a robust career in finance and tax management, currently serving as the Head of Group Tax and Managing Director at Valentino since December 2009. Rezan Ökten is a partner and head of Transfer Pricing at Dentons' Amsterdam office. Remco is currently responsible for running globally the Tax Operations within Blue dot. Blue dot is offering different AI driven Tax and audit solutions running on their online platform. The most known is the VATBox VAT recovery Solution, but Blue dot also offers solutions to analyse data for Employee Benefits (wage tax), Corporate Income Tax and Policy Audit on Employee expenses.
Before joining Blue dot, Remco worked as the EMEA VAT lead at PPG Industries and before that worked as a tax lawyer at Baker & McKenzie. Remco is registered as a certified tax advisor in the Netherlands.
Karine Halimi-Guez, Senior Vice President, Group Head of Tax, Booking Holdings
Karine has been an in-house tax practitioner for 30 years, advising multinationals in all areas of international taxation. She has most recently joined Booking Holdings (NASDAQ: BKNG) as their Group Head of Tax after leading the tax team at their largest subsidiary, Booking.com. She is also a frequent speaker at international conferences and a former lecturer to master students at the University of Paris-Dauphine. She currently lives in the Netherlands.

My passions are tax and teaching. I love reading and understanding treaties, laws and directives; seeing how they are shaped in case law and then explaining all that in clear, simple terms with references to real life practical examples. I also work as an interim in-house tax specialist during several months of the year. Assignments differ, but are usually focussed on transfer pricing, sometimes in connection with tax audits.
