Jan is responsible for Operational Risk Management at NN Investment Partners. He has been working in Operational Risk Management for over 20 years, for companies like ABN AMRO, Fortis Investments, BNP Paribas Investment Partners and ING Investment Management. Before that he worked as managing consultant on knowledge management and change management.
Jian Huang, Global Head of Corporate Supply Chain Risk Managment, HELLA
With his more than 15 years of experience in Supply Chain Management and Procurement, Jian has been working for different automotive and manufacturing companies in different functions and countries (HELLA Group, Liebherr Group, Robert Bosch GmbH). Jian has deep knowledge in global end-to-end supply chain and procurement management. Currently he is leading the HELLA supply chain risk management team with the target to set up an end-to-end supply chain risk management process.
Mirea Raaijmakers, Global Head Behavioural Risk Management, ING
Mirea Raaijmakers studied psychology and received her PhD in 2008. Mirea joined ING in 2017 and was appointed as Global Head Behavioural Risk at 1st of August 2018. Prior to ING she worked for the Dutch Central Bank (DNB) where she developed and executed the supervision on Behaviour & Culture.
She was the first psychologist ever appointed by a central bank in supervision to use her specific skillset in supervision. Prior to DNB she worked as an organizational consultant at consultancy firms as well as the Dutch Tax and Customs Administration.
Zoi Sazaklidou, Senior Legal Counsel, Volvo Construction Equipment
Zoi Sazaklidou is a Senior Legal Counsel and Compliance Officer, leading the Compliance Function of Volvo Construction Equipment. As a Compliance Officer, Zoi has a global role of overseeing the implementation of policies in the areas of competition/anti-trust, anti-corruption, export control and data protection; ensuring that the company, management and employees are in compliance with all relevant legislation and Volvo’s Code of Conduct. In her role Zoi works closely with the Sales, CSR and Communications departments and has been a member of the Sales Management Team, Volvo CE Corporate Social Responsibility Council and Communications Performance Governance Board. Before joining Volvo CE, Zoi worked as a competition law specialist with Steptoe in Brussels.
Anton Lissone, CTO at SAI Global
Anton Lissone is responsible for managing the development of SAI Global’s SAI360 products, including the integrated GRC Platform and the supporting solutions. He is also a thought leader in the area of GRC convergence and integrating different Governance, Risk and Compliance activities in one software platform. He has an extensive background in GRC implementations, IT-Auditing and Software Engineering. Previous responsibilities included Solution Development, Data Analytics and design and prototyping of new solutions. His previous career was with one of the Big Four companies as a Senior IT Advisor, where he had a leading role in their Continuous Monitoring efforts and consulted senior management of multiple multinationals in the area of ERP-Control and Assurance.

Peter Paul Brouwers, Partner at KPMG GRC Technology, has over 30 years of working experience on the boundary of business, IT and data. He has an extensive track record in global risk transformations and optimizing the 3 lines of defense including the implementation of GRC tooling. He is working especially at global listed corporate clients and Insurance/Leasing companies. Main focus hereby is lowering the cost of compliance with getting more business-value and increase transparency based on real facts.

She has recently developed and implemented Telia Company’s Combined Assurance framework and was previously responsible for the company’s Resiliency and Security strategies.
Fiona has more than 25 years’ experience from positions in academia and management consulting in large organizations as well as start-ups, driving change management programs with extensive organizational resiliency focus.

Ronald started his career as an officer in the Royal Dutch Army. In 2001 he joined PwC, working in the area of global internal audit and risk management solutions. He continued working for KPMG Risk Consulting in 2004, supporting his clients in the field of GRC. He left KPMG as a Director in 2016 to start working for IKEA, establishing an internal audit function in an exiting time as IKEA is transforming into an omnichannel company. Ronald was part of the Dutch IIA board for 6 years until the end of 2019.

Rudi Hex has more than 25 years of internal audit experience with several major Belgian financial institutions. Currently Rudi is audit process owner at the Brussels based KBC Group and is responsible for the audit coverage of the domains Compliance, HRM and Legal within KBC group worldwide. Rudi is also secretary to the KBC Group Audit and Risk & Compliance Committees. Rudi is past president of the IIA Belgium chapter. He obtained the CIA and the CFSA certifications.

Koen Albers directed internal audit teams in various organisations including an international ICT services provider and various Belgian public sector organisations. Since 2008, he’s also providing training and consultancy services on internal audit, data protection and fraud risk management. Koen currently works as Data Protection Officer with a health services provider, is board member of Cera and ACFE Belgium and member of several audit committees.
