Sandra Kilbourne holds the position of Chief Risk & Compliance Officer and Whistleblowing Officer at Amadeus, where responsibilities include reporting on enterprise risk management, global business insurance, and crisis escalation. With a career at the intersection of travel and technology spanning over two decades, Sandra has held various roles in legal operations and compliance, leading GDPR initiatives and focusing on governance in Big Data and Cloud hosting. Prior experience includes positions at Morrison & Foerster LLP, Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman, Tarlo Lyons, and Clifford Chance LLP, complemented by a Law BA Hons from the University of Cambridge and leadership training from IESE Business School.

Christoph is currently a Chief Compliance Officer CE at Atos. Christoph Richter brings experience from previous roles at Oiltanking, Marquard & Bahls AG, ' and SOOO Interferm. Christoph Richter holds a Master’s Degree @ Universität des Saarlandes.

Dr. Nikolaj Laschko is Compliance Director at Schaeffler Technologies. In his current role he is leading subregional unit within Compliance Team Europe in diverse core compliance areas such as business integrity, whistleblowing program, anti-trust and AML. Before joining Schaeffler Technologies in 2020 Mr. Laschko worked at major consulting, retail and FMCG companies in diverse in-house roles leading anti-fraud and anti-corruption program within HQs audit and compliance units since 2006.

Maya is a Senior risk and finance manager with 20 years of experience in the Health Care and Consumer Goods industries, including roles at P&G and in M&A.
Her career spans both operational leadership and strategic consulting to senior managements, with a strong track record in risk management, business analysis, finance, and tax. She currently leads the Swiss Romandie Risk Managers’ forum, serves in a board-consultancy role, and is the winner of several excellence awards in various domains.

Sholpan joined Delivery Hero SE in 2017. She helped establish the internal audit function team, as the third member of the team. As Senior manager on the internal audit team, she focuses on internal audit execution and quality. Sholpan has more than 10 years’ experience executing a combination of internal and external audits. Before joining Delivery Hero in 2017, Sholpan managed and performed internal and external audits for various sizable companies in oil and gas, construction, aviation, FMCG, real estate, mass media and other industries. Her mission is to build a world-class audit team and nurture the younger generation of professionals to shape future of Delivery Hero. Sholpan holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and accounting from the Kazakhstan Institute of Management, having graduated with the magna cum laude distinction. She holds an ACCA certification and is also a Certified Internal Auditor.

Dr. Berger is a Compliance Officer and German qualified lawyer with 9 years of experience in internal investigations & compliance at the world's renowned law firms and automotive manufacturer, including MAN and TRATON. Her expertise spans various domains, such as internal investigations, developing and implementing compliance processes, programs, policies and trainings.

Aymen is a passionate risk management, internal control, audit and compliance professional with close to 20 years of experience in various industries and multiple countries. He engages with senior management to help make risk-aware decisions and develop sustainable solutions to be in control. He achieves that by building strong relationships, rallying teams, making alliances and bridging Companies strategies and goals.

Currently, Nazif is Head of Risk Management for the Offshore Wind business at Vattenfall. He is responsible for developing and implementing the risk management framework, analytics, methodologies, tools, processes, governance and roadmap for a ~15 bn € portfolio of offshore wind projects and assets across Europe & UK. They drive robust business case evaluation, financial modeling, and risk assessment.
He manages and grows a highly competent and diverse team of ~15 (Senior) Risk Managers located in 5 countries. They enable the successful delivery and operation of offshore wind farms through risk leadership and innovation.

Pritesh Dattani is an accomplished internal audit professional with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as the Global Head of Internal Audit at Swissport, Pritesh has previously held leadership roles in companies such as SalamAir, Gulf Marketing Group, and Etihad Airways. With a strong background in establishing and enhancing internal audit functions, Pritesh is skilled in coordinating risk-based audits and improving governance processes. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Birmingham and multiple certifications, including FCA, CISA, CIA, CFE, and CDPSE, showcasing a commitment to professional excellence in internal auditing and corporate governance.

Natalie has experience leading data-driven technical innovation projects which leverage advanced machine learning techniques focused on improved compliance risk monitoring and internal process efficiencies. She has experience supporting the formulation and execution of GC Data Analytics vision, strategy and road map. She has built up data analytics capability within Group Compliance, including skilling-up compliance professionals in data analytics, formulation of data analytics / data science approaches for compliance assurance activities as well as for compliance core processes.

Fabrizio is a Lawyer and a Vice President of Ethics & Compliance at Yara International, a global leader in sustainable agriculture and food solutions. With years of experience in this role, Fabrizio leads the design, implementation, and maintenance of the Compliance Program, covering a wide range of topics such as business ethics, anti-corruption, human rights, ESG, and country risk management.

Fabrizio has a strong background in corporate law, internal investigations, fraud risk management, and policy development. He is skilled in engaging with corporate strategy teams, handling compliance and legal matters in high-risk jurisdictions, and managing multiple systems and processes related to compliance. Fabrizio has also experience with working in multicultural environments and driving new growth and innovation through ethical and responsible business practices.

Sara Aparicio Hill serves as the Global Head of Compliance at Amadeus since September 2018, where responsibilities include designing and managing the corporate compliance program to mitigate legal and reputational risks globally. Previously, Sara held the position of Head of Risk & Compliance for the APAC region at K&L Gates from February 2016 to July 2018, and worked as an Associate in both the Singapore and Brussels offices focusing on regulatory and compliance matters. Other roles include Partner & Director at Food Compliance International Pte. Ltd. and various positions at K&L Gates LLP, the European Commission, and Amadeus IT Group. Sara holds a Licenciado en Derecho from Universidad Autonoma de Madrid, a Masters in Foreign Trade from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, and is certified as a privacy professional by the International Association of Privacy Professionals.

Nicolas is Head of the Governance, Risk and Compliance function of the Oriflame Group. As Head of this function, directly reporting to the CFO and Audit Committee, Nicolas is responsible for the overall the Risk Management strategy, as well as the Compliance & Business Ethics, Corporate Security, and Occupational Health & Safety scopes. 

Bea has 29+ years experience in Risk, Audit, Compliance, Quality and ESG. She has worked directly with PE investors and board members. Her previous roles included Group Head QM NextClinics; SVP Global Head of Risk Compliance & ESG, Diaverum Group; and other roles.

John is assisting the Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer with all things ethics and compliance related. His specialties include Anti-Bribery and Corruption (ABC) Compliance, Regulatory Investigations, Internal Audit Advisory, Fraud Investigation, Risk Management, Data Analytics and IFRS reporting.

Frank Spanier has been working as Head of Enterprise Governance System at DKV MOBILITY GROUP SE since 2021.

Samarth Bhargava is a Senior Director of Photonics Design at Applied Materials, where the focus is on advancing nano-photonics for display, imaging, sensing, and computing applications. Previous experience includes roles as Principal Diffractive Optics Engineer at Magic Leap, contributing to the design of the Magic Leap 2 display and developing in-house computational tools for optical modeling, and responsibilities at the University of California, Berkeley, as a Doctoral Researcher, where advancements were made in the design of micro- and nano-optical components. Earlier positions include UX & Product Design leadership at iCare Software and internships in optics research and software engineering at MIT Lincoln Laboratory and Raytheon, respectively. Samarth Bhargava holds a PhD and an MS in Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences from the University of California, Berkeley, and a BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.
